About

Intagly is a platform that connects people and organizations to local 3D printers. Originating as an idea to have 3D printers in every Nevada library, Intagly now makes it possible for libraries to instantly scale their 3D printing services to the community without the need for equipment, training, and resources. Visit Intagly.com for more information. Intagly is a Las Vegas startup founded in 2023 by Joshua Leavitt and Zachary Gonzalez.

Established in 1944 as a single library in Downtown Henderson, Henderson Libraries operates five locations in Henderson, providing free access to materials, programs, and services to meet the diverse and varied needs of the community throughout Southern Nevada. For more information, please visit hendersonlibraries.com.

HENDERSON, NV - The technological advance of 3D printing, which once seemed nearly an unattainable service for many, is now available to patrons of Henderson Libraries. A new partnership between local 3D printing platform Intagly and Henderson Libraries will allow the community to access free 3D prints, regardless of age, skill level, or time commitment.

“We are so excited to offer this innovative service to our patrons,” says Henderson Libraries Executive Director Marcie Smedley. “Intagly is a Southern Nevada leader in the 3D printing field and committed to making 3D printing accessible to the general public. This is a great opportunity for our community to get creative.”

“It all began as an entrepreneur ecosystem idea that I shared in July 2021,” says Founder and Intagly Chief Executive Officer Joshua Leavitt. “My goal is to have a makerspace in every Nevada library so the community’s youth can access 3D printing and hone a culture of entrepreneurialism from a young age.” Along with its platform, Intagly provides Science Technology Engineering Math (STEM)-focused videos and training for the public to learn 3D modeling.

Henderson Libraries’ relationship with Intagly will let patrons design projects, print three-dimensional objects, construct toys and figures, and more. As long as you have a library account, this service is available to you. Getting started is easy—visit hendersonlibraries.intagly.app to create an account, then choose an item from the catalog or upload your own design (Intagly and Henderson Libraries reserve the right to limit designs). Place your order and you’ll receive an email confirmation and another email when your order is ready. Please note, each account receives 1000 credits at the beginning of the month and up to four items can be ordered per month. You must be a Henderson resident with a valid library account to use Intagly for free.
