Below is our interview with Damian Einbinder.
I was born in Las Vegas, Nevada, in the early 90s to my loving mother, Leticia, from Mexico City, and my slick father, Steve, from Washington, D.C. I grew up in this city and worked all over town, from the convention industry to casino bars. Working a regular job was never really for me—I always saw it as something that could get you from point A to point B in the short term, but never a long-term solution.
In 2018, I happened to be driving by a real estate school and decided to pull in and sign up. With the help of some great mentors, I found success in the real estate industry. Then, in 2024. I noticed a major shift: buyers were suddenly responsible for paying their own agent’s commission. Seeing the opportunity, I rushed to get my broker’s license.
After receiving it, I founded Home Finder Realty—the only real estate brokerage in Las Vegas, and as far as I know, in the United States, that offers a Buy Now, Pay Later program. In most cases, nine out of ten times, the seller pays your commission. But if you find yourself in that one out of ten situation where your dream home requires you to pay the commission, our program ensures that cost won’t stand in the way of owning your dream home.

Tell us about Home Finder Realty, and what inspired you to launch the business?

The main factor will be the reduction of interest rates. When that takes place, the ability to buy a home—even if the price is dramatically higher—will become more affordable, simply because all of your money won’t be eaten up by high interest rates.
What emotions did you experience upon receiving this recognition?
Extreme gratitude that I was recognized by my fellow Las Vegans as a top real estate broker in the city. All I can say is thank you.
