Hello, I am a Vietnam Veteran and founder of Help R Heroes, a charitable organization that helps veterans with PTSD and other mental & physical problems by teaching classes in artisan crafts, including woodworking, quilting, candle making, and other meaningful projects that allow them to use their hands, eyes, and minds to create assorted gifts that they are able to take home, or give to others.
