2. Content Creation & Ownership
All articles are generated through an AI-assisted interview, where follow-up questions are dynamically crafted based on your responses.
You retain full ownership of your original responses and any images you upload.
By participating, you grant Tech Alley a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to: Publish your article and cover on Inside the Alley and affiliated platforms Share your content on social media and in promotional materials Archive your content for historical and research purposes Use anonymized data for editorial and AI training purposes
3. Editorial Standards & Restrictions
To maintain a professional and inclusive environment, the following content is strictly prohibited:
Sexually explicit material or nudity
Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
Defamatory or false statements
Plagiarized or infringing content
Any material that violates applicable laws or regulations
Tech Alley reserves the right to edit, reject, or removeany content that violates these standards or is deemed inappropriate.
4. Image Uploads & Magazine Covers
You may upload images to create a custom Inside the Alley magazine cover.
You must have the legal right to use and distribute any images submitted.
All covers must adhere to our editorial guidelines and content restrictions.

Your interview responses and uploaded content may be used for editorial, promotional, and research purposes.

6. Termination & Removal
Tech Alley reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate your participation for violations of these Terms
Remove published content at its discretion
Revoke access to Inside the Alley if your Tech Alley membership lapses
