Jason LeDucย is a retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, leadership strategist, executive producer, and founder and CEO of LeDuc Leadership & Media Group. After twenty years of military service โ leading high-performance teams through combat operations, flight testing, and complex mission planning โ Jason built a practice dedicated to one conviction: that great leadership is the single highest-leverage investment any organization can make.
Since founding LeDuc Leadership & Media Group, Jason has trained hundreds of executives, managers, and emerging leaders across corporate, government, healthcare, nonprofit, and startup sectors. His proprietary leadership framework โ built around three interconnected principles of strategic thinking, communication and delegation, and developing future leaders โ has been road-tested across dozens of live delivery contexts since 2015, from the boardrooms of manufacturing companies and the flight lines of U.S. Air Force wings to healthcare association webinars and global diversity conferences.
Jason is the host of The Leaderโs Mindset podcast, a weekly show featuring long-form conversations with impactful leaders and entrepreneurs alongside short-form Leadership TTP episodes โ Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures drawn from his military background and applied to the challenges of civilian leadership. The show reflects his belief that leadership development is a continuous discipline, not a one-time event.
As a keynote speaker and workshop facilitator, Jason has delivered programs for organizations including the U.S. Air Force 432d Wing, the Healthcare Business Management Association, the World Diversity in Leadership Conference, the Nevada Justice Association, the Small Business Expo, and Global Entrepreneurship Week Las Vegas. His sessions blend research-backed workforce data, interactive audience engagement technology, and the hard-won lessons of leading people under pressure โ giving audiences frameworks they can apply the week they return.
Beyond the stage, Jason serves as a mentor with StartupNV and as the Las Vegas Chapter Lead for Vets in Tech, where he supports the next generation of veteran entrepreneurs and innovators in the Southern Nevada tech ecosystem. He also works as an executive producer of independent films, bringing the same mission clarity and team leadership principles from the flight line to the film set.
Jason believes there are no finish lines in leadership โ only the next challenge, the next team, and the next opportunity to build something greater than any one person can build alone.
