Ok it is now officially legal to stake your ada, and earn interest. The SEC has recently evaluated and ruled that Cardano staking and its process are not a security and is officially legal for U.S. citizens to use and privatly earn interest returns.. This is a huge victory for money freedom. I am posting an article on tech alley.. josh just needs to approve it and it will show up in a day or two.
