Joshua Leavitt is an accomplished senior executive with a strong background in information technology management, business development, marketing, crisis management, and business operations. With over 14 years of CIO experience, he has an extensive track record in developing strategic initiatives and accomplishing key business goals.
A lifelong Las Vegan, Joshua is highly involved in fostering and promoting IT education and workforce development. He is a mentor for students in various technology programs and participates in activities that bridge education and career opportunities.
Joshua is currently the CEO and founder of IONnovate, LLC and Tech Alley. His previous roles include the Regional Director of Nevada for Tech Impact and the CIO at Maverick Aviation Group.
Regarded as a STEM Advocate, he serves on various local boards and committees, including the Society for Information Management Las Vegas (SIMLV), National Center for Women in Information Technology Nevada Affiliate (NCWIT), Southern Nevada Stem Network, CCSD, CSN, and multiple apprenticeship workgroups.
Joshua has a B.S. in Business Information Technology Management and an M.S in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University Nevada.
